While we do not offer refunds on purchases, we have an excellent record of customer service since 2002. Please note that with purchase of downloadable content, you MUST download your purchase within 24 hours of making your purchase or it will no longer be available for download. For your convenience, we allow up to 2 downloads within your 24 hour period to any device which you personally own.
Please also note that orders which require physical shipping to locations outside these united States may be charged additional shipping to cover actual costs. In the event that your order outside the States requires additional shipping charges, you will be notified of the actual cost and may elect to pay the additional shipping or receive a full refund. This is the only exception that is made to our refund policy.
